2. Data collected
This website collects personal data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form or Microsoft Bookings, including name, company, email address, appointment details and messages.
When Microsoft Bookings is activated, technical connection data such as the IP address, browser and device information, time of access and the referring page may also be transmitted to Microsoft.
3. Purpose of processing
The data provided is used to respond to enquiries and to arrange, conduct and manage appointments requested through Microsoft Bookings.
4. Legal basis
Contact enquiries are processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Appointment data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract.
5. Data retention
Enquiry and booking data is retained only as long as necessary to process the request or manage the appointment and, subsequently, for applicable statutory retention and limitation periods.
6. Appointment booking with Microsoft Bookings
This website may embed Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. The booking module is used to arrange appointments and is loaded only after the user activates it.
When the module is activated, Microsoft may process technical connection data and use cookies or similar storage technologies. Data entered during booking, such as name, email address, selected appointment, time zone and voluntary messages, is processed to arrange and manage the appointment.
Loading external Microsoft content and associated storage technologies is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards.

7. User rights
